Winter Blues – (Entry #29 – Short Film of the Year Awards 2015)
Here in Quebec we have a disease called Winter Blues. Everything is frozen. Rivers stopped flowing. We can ski. We can hike. But we’re still not kayaking. There’s no more adventure and excitement waiting for us tomorrow. Winter feels endless. All we have left to do is wait and survive through memories of our past seasons. Wait until the rivers start living again, then so will we. We’ll forget theses past months of nostalgia and the winter blues will sit aside, waiting for us next december.
