Val Sesia River Festival 2014

Kayak Session mag is proud to once again partner with Gene 17 for the 2014 Val Sesia River festival.
With mega metres of snow across Piemonte and in Valsesia, there’s just one hot spot to head too this spring. Gene17kayaking and Il Gatto e la Volpe invites you to the Valsesia River Festival 21/25 May in Campertogno, Italy. A gathering event with paddlers from across Europe coming together for informal paddling on the fabled creeks of Valsesia, such as Egua and Sorba.

On Saturday, we’ll have the Sesia Alpine Sprint, with teams of paddlers charging this classic boulder garden Class III/IV section, individuals go in the afternoon and the Sweet Rumble BoaterX in the evening. Every evening we have some entertainment, from film shows to a big BBQ to a Saturday night party.

Plus Gene17kayaking will offer technique clinics every day with its highly rated coaches across the festival.
