Paddlers Awards 2019 – Nouria Newman (Women)
And the winner is in the Women category: Nouria Newman (France).
This year Nouria Newman once again stunned the kayaking world with her paddling performances. Nothing seems to stop Nounou on her quest for the impossible. She does what any other paddler does, though most of the time, she goes further. Expeditions in Tibet, Argentina, Chile, Quebec, BC, the European Alps, and Norway, her dedication, her insane level of paddling, her commitment to the sport of kayaking through ICF development programs in Iran, make of Nouria the best female Whitewater Paddler of the Year. Period.
