Wave Sport expands its line of whitewater kayaks in 2014 with a new freestyle offering, the Mobius™. Shorter and faster than most other playboats, the Mobius allows freestyle kayakers of all abilities to progress quickly and easily.
Beginners and seasoned competitors alike will appreciate Mobius’ forgiving qualities. Between the rounded edges, the sculpted side walls, and the soft curvature of the bow, the Mobius’ predictable design makes loops, aerial tricks easy to initiate. It is extremely loose and fast on waves, featuring a continuous rocker profile and a stern release edge that allows for quick acceleration down a wave. A compact bow and sculpted knee bumps allow for quick initiation of tricks and greater predictability for beginner freestyle kayakers.
Inside the cockpit, the Mobius features a redesigned outfitting system that provides excellent comfort and foot space. New footpads offer an ergonomic positioning for feet and maximize limited foot room space. Additionally, the backband is easily adjustable for a comfortable fit.
