« This one on the Rouge river in Quebec. I went for a freewheel on the top drop and flipped and got stuck in the curtain. I swam and the proceeded to get body recirculated for just under a minute. Keep in mind there is a GoPro on my helmet so most times it looked like I got air, I really didn’t. Luckily there was a few others for safety and a friend paddled in which allowed me to grab on and get to the bank.
