King of the Alps 2023 wins the Paddlers Awards in the Event of the Year category.
For 2023, the King of the Alps stepped up their game with a new program. The host of the Extreme World Championships attracted paddlers from all four corners of the world. The event saw a level of competition in both the women’s and the men’s classes rarely seen, with podiums being gained by fractions of seconds. Add a top-notch livestream and a solid community social gathering, and you have a well-deserved award for a fabulous event. KOA has managed to grow yet keep the grassroots feel and remind us why we started going in the first place. Congrats guys!
