Spend a week in the Sea to Sky Valley, discovering the BC coastal mountains and the many rivers flowing from them. Technical instruction and helpful advice will allow you to reach a class 3 level before the end of the trip! Test your newly acquired skills on the mighty Elaho river and discover the joys of an overnight kayak trip.July 13th to 25th:
Advanced, class 3/4/4+
Visit 3 different locations in BC, each bearing very different ecosystems and landscape. Start on the Clearwater River, while progressively making our way down the Fraser valley. The beginning of the trip is focused on big water, we will then head to whistler for the second part and get some fast creeking under our blades! Paddle a range of BC classics in 12 days and come out as an accomplished paddler, ready to take on international road trips by yourself.
August 1 to 12th:
Experts, class 4/4+
Meet in Vancouver for what will be an unforgettable life experience. Learn all the tricks to expedition kayaking on the Elaho and the remote Chilko River, before driving north to the sacred headwaters. A small charter float plane will take us into the most pristine class 4 multi-day trip in BC, the Nass! We will spend 5 days paddling incredible white-water, starting on a small creek high up in the tundra at Nass Lake, to Finish on a big river at the Cassiar highway. A trip of a lifetime!
