Down the Kaituna River Lower Gorges (NZ)
The Kaituna river is a hotspot for boating in NZ and an absolute gem. The main run is a short but fun blast and people to boat with can nearly always be found at the put in to Okere falls section. Not many people however get the chance to paddle the lower gorges. Last summer in NZ, Myself and a small group were lucky enough to be guided through awesome and smokey gorge by Allen Yip.
