Running Whitewater Waterfalls (Entry #13 Short Film of the Year 2022)
« This movie is from my first descent of the waterfalls of the Costa de Oro river located in Veracruz, Mexico with my teachers and friends.this river is beautiful due to its crystal clear water and also its rapids are fun but the best part is when you get to the waterfalls area when you catch an eddie to go down to see the waterfalls and feel that thing in your stomach and after thinking about it you decide to run them because you are with your river family you feel safe with them and besides everything you trust yourself, you get on the kayak, put on your skirt and raise your hand saying I am ready, enter the current and know that there is no going back and focus in getting out of the waterfalls well, feeling that you are on the edge of the waterfall and in a second you are down screaming with adrenaline and celebrating that you did well with your friends and that is this river ».
