Mission: Patagonia Roadtrip – Kayaking along the carretera austral
After a year of lockdown, getting on the road never felt so good. Aniol Serrasolses, Kilian Ivelic, and Pedro Astorga hit the Carretera Austral and headed to the literal end of the road, deep in Chilean Patagonia, for a return to the simpler side of life.
Destination: Family kayaking in the Durance Valley
“God must be a paddler;” why else would he create the Durance Valley? Manu Arnu explains why there may be no better place to take a family paddle-cation. Nestled in the Provence-Alps-Côte d’Azur region of France, the Durance is a real life choose your own adventure novel, with an abundance of rivers and actives to choose from. The only problem is deciding what to do first.

The Green River has played a formative role in the history of the whitewater world, its rapids inadvertently creating community while offering the perfect class V training ground. Now, with the dam under new management, flows have doubled on the Green, and the 200% releases are bringing the Green back to the forefront of the sport and shaping new possibilities for the future.
