Festival Rivière Kipawa 2023 (Entry #15 Short Film Awards 2023)
« When everything is low,
You have the Kipawa river dam release for Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day when everything around is low. The Kipawa River drops 90 metres (295 ft) over the last 16 kilometres (10 mi) from Lake Kipawa to its mouth which results a super fun big volume section.
The festival bring tons of people riding the Kipawa. A friendly big water section that’s for every type of boater. The rapid are very nice with big wave to hit. I enjoy so much having many people all line up for every rapids on the river.
