What has become a great first quarter of 2010 for Kokatat will be celebrated at Canoecopia: Kokatat won the recent “Green Business of the Year” award in their hometown of Arcata, and was just voted the 2nd best supplier of technical outdoor apparel by retailers in the outdoor trade publication SNEWS. Canoecopia will give Kokatat team athletes a forum to present their amazing adventures as well as paddling demos and lectures. |

The Epicocity Project crew just returned from their most recent expedition with National Geographic, filming for a show that will air this fall. They travelled in Laos researching how the proposed Don Sahong Dam may effect the Mekong river. |

It was way back in 1782 that Nathaniel Sebastian Rodeo first suggested the idea of gathering together the greatest student minds in the country in order to go paddling, compete against each other’s academic institutions and generally have a marvelous time. A new event for this year was the Old School rodeo; an open event. It saw good representation from team Palm, with plenty of vintage Palm gear… Check out many strange pictures of this event. |

Team Pyranha were keen to volunteer to help out at the biggest kayaking competition of the year – the National Student Rodeo at HPP in Nottingham, UK. It is a event with freestyle competitions for all ability levels, as long as you’re a student! It’s a fun event with sofa races topo duo race and the “old school” rodeo. |
