Nothing had ever happened to him, but this year unfortunately his big black and white Mitsubishi Pajero that he was so proud of got burned during a trip in the West Coast of New Zealand. And other times you feel like you’re a marmot struggling with the realities of staying afloat in a bathtube while trying not to be hit in the head by the hand of a panicking man smoking a J with tweezers while a cricket bat is being smashed into every electronic object in sight. Teva Life Agent Rush Sturges latest movie Dream Result had its European premier last weekend during the 13th annual Kayak Film Festival in Rosenheim, Germany. 800 enthusiastic spectators watched 4 international paddling movies, all of them showing the state of whitewater kayaking on a very high level. In the end the judges decided that Rush’s Dream Result showed the spirit of the sport at its best and gave it the award for the top prize of Europe's biggest festival of its kind. |
