In July 2016 Callum Strong, Kristof Stursa, James Smith and Joe Rea-Dickins traveled to the Panjshir Valley in Afghanistan; Up near its source, the Panjshir River is steep and continuous; never below class III, but never more than IV, non-stop for 30km!
